Admins enter a project name, description, image, and potentially an identifier which the code will
use to load a working prototype of some of the projects features.

Regular uses should be able to Up or Down vote the idea, and enter suggestions.
The process will be iterative, so a version will be listed. Since, new projects will entail information
some way to alert the users should exist.

Projects should get ordered based upon the number of up votes, and us as a team should develop
based upon this priority indicator... within reason of course.

Admins should have the ability to edit existing projects. Projects should feature a progress input,
which allows values from 0 to 100, and will be displayed as progress bar. It would be nice if we
could show some exhilarating visual effect to the general audience when a project reaches 100%
and is now available.
