A new module should exist, and should be shown upon logging-in.
If the user is an administrator, there will be two sections, one section for admin new, and one for
traditional news.

We do not want news to get cluttered, so perhaps have a toggle that will change the content between administrator news, and traditional news.

Only administrators can write news, so if you are an admin you will have an option to create a new news component. Within that component, there will be checkbox to indicate if you news is for the general audience or if it is for administrators only.

We do not want to get too much news, overflowing the page, so we should consider pagination,
and also a potential method of archiving old news.

News should also feature the options to include images.
